We have experienced production teams that are supported by well-trained workers to ensure the manufacturing process of coconut charcoal is as programmed. Before the product is properly packaged, the quality control procedure is required after the charcoal briquettes have dried from the kiln. The packaging process is also always our concern. The charcoal briquettes are packaged in carton boxes bearing your brand or a private label and a laminated full-color graphic. Our coconut charcoal briquettes already passed the laboratory tests for moisture content, ash residual, fixed carbon, burning time, hardness also cracks test, and volatile matter. Our charcoal briquettes are not cracking after more than 2 hours of burning time and produce no sparks when burned. It also has low ash and is odorless, smokeless, and environmentally friendly.
